It's a living museum that celebrates the world of bicycles, Belgium's heritage by excellence, which is making a strong comeback thanks to its economic and ecological advantages. It's also a showcase of “tricks and endearing brollies” where everything in the restaurant has been decorated with objects found here and there at flea markets, from chairs to lamps and even plates!  A definite and collective desire for a change of scenery, to act for the planet with fun and simplicity.
