Trois-Tiers is a community of individuals, projects, and experts united around the theme of third places and territorial dynamics. The organization's mission is to disseminate third places bubbling up in local areas.

In other words, they catalyze individuals, resources, and skills through experiences (training, events, meetings, immersions). They also create links between project leaders, entrepreneurs, landowners, and experts to support the emergence of such places.
