The Clan Pains

Le Clan Pains is the story of two passionate bakers. It's the story of a long...fermentation... because time does things well, and there's no better bread than that which has ripened for a long time.

Pauline, Adrien, and Faf, joined by other kneaders, will be offering you sourdough breads the best possible quality in terms of taste and nutrition, while maintaining a local, environmentally-friendly grain industry. The quality of the organic flours (wheat, spelt, petit épeautre and other ancient varieties), the care taken with the natural leavening, the artisanal workmanship of the dough, the baking in the oven and the quality of the ingredients all contribute to the quality of our products. wood fire... Nothing will be left to chance to offer you breads and other sweet delights that won't leave you indifferent.

The team is also committed to send their passion and welcomes all to get their hands dirty and/or learn how to make their sourdough bread.
