La distillation de plantes est un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 ancestral qui, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la vapeur d’eau, permet d’extraire les mol\u00e9cules aromatiques des v\u00e9g\u00e9taux pour obtenir des huiles essentielles et des hydrolats (eaux florales). Le principe est simple : la vapeur traverse la plante, s’en charge de ses compos\u00e9s volatils, puis est refroidie pour se condenser et se s\u00e9parer en ses deux composantes principales, l’huile essentielle et l’hydrolat.<\/p>\n
